1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
The Lifetime Intelligence Pack comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked, no forms to fill in.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] or use our contact form with the email address you used at checkout. We typically process refunds within 3–5 business days; the funds are returned to your original payment method.
3. Custom Services
Custom development work (agents, Claw systems, audits) is governed by the individual project agreement signed before work begins. Deposits for work already delivered are non-refundable; if we cannot deliver an agreed milestone, the associated payment is returned in full.
4. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases
If you were charged twice for the same product or made an accidental purchase, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge promptly, regardless of the 30-day window.
5. After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, access to the member library and future updates is revoked. You are welcome to re-purchase at any time at the price then in effect.
